According to the lawsuit, the trio first reported their concerns about Foster, including violations of NCAA recruiting rules, to university officials in October 2022 and filed a written complaint to human resources on Nov. 30, 2022. Their initial complaints included Foster’s “unpredictable behavior with frequent blow-ups,” a racially insensitive remark he made about a high school prospect and a disparaging remark he made about why he didn’t want a female team manager.
