"If they're not able to physically go out and catch you, then they will watch you on the monitors, they will create like a file for you and put it on a CD," the former employee explained."You don't just steal and leave and you're good … They create a profile for you."As Jessica explained in her video, her Lowe's location had an officer from the city that was assigned to that specific store.
