A 56-year-old New Jersey man with multiple prior convictions for identity theft was arrested in Delaware last week after authorities say he used a fake ID to make a six-figure withdrawal from a bank account.

Nuccio was arrested at 3:05 p.m. at Citizens Bank on North DuPont Highway. Detectives had been tipped off that Nuccio, of Spotswood, planned to visit the bank to withdraw the money and authorities set up surveillance to catch him, police said.Nuccio was charged with attempt to commit theft over $100,000 from a victim more than 62 years old, identity theft, forgery and criminal impersonation. He was held on $132,00 cash bail. Attorney information for Nuccio wasn’t immediately available.
