Investigators with the Houston Police Department were working to gather statements from witnesses in the area.
According to court documents, Nicholas Anthony Garcia is charged with unlawful disclosure of intimate visual material.because she has not committed a crime, but she did admit last week to taking nude videos of herself in the classroom to send to her ex-boyfriend.According to the Harris County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office, the victim told an investigator that she had an argument with Garcia, who she had been in a relationship with for two years.
The videos were two that the victim had sent Garcia while they were dating. The videos are said to be sexually explicit and were shot in a classroom. According to court documents, the victim’s face is visible and clearly identifiable. The videos were sent to community activist Candice Matthews, who called for the teacher to be held accountable for her actions.
