The project is the latest creative endeavor from Michaela Coel, whom you may be familiar with from her show, which originally aired in the United Kingdom and is currently streaming on Netflix. ”’s 12 episodes begin airing on Sunday, June 7, at 10:30 p.m. ET.Coel’s character, Arabella, is a young writer living her best life in London with a vibrant social circle and a boyfriend who lives in Italy. But during a night out, her drink is spiked with a date rape drug and she is assaulted. Over the course of the show, she has to put the pieces of the night back together, along with rebuilding her life after such a violation.
