New DC Universe fan art brings every live-action version of Superman together for a crossover across past, present, and future movies and shows.
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Every live-action actor who has played Superman travels across the multiverse for the biggest DC team-up in new fan art. When it comes to adapting DC characters from page to screen, Superman is one of the handful to have been reimagined the most across television and film over the last couple of decades.
While several characters have already been cast for Superman: Legacy, filming isn't starting until 2024, meaning it will be quite some time until the world gets to see what Corenswet looks like in the costume and what Gunn is doing with the DC icon.
The artwork also features Kirk Alyn , George Reeves , Tom Welling , Tyler Hoechlin , Brandon Routh , Henry Cavill , Dean Cain , Gerald Christopher , as well as Nicolas Cage . In addition to the Superman live-action celebration, the poster also includes numerous animated versions, including Jack Quaid , Tim Daly , and many more. While he did go on to star in the Shazam! films, D.J. Cotrona's Superman from the canceled Justice League: Mortal movie can also be seen.
Even Welling has been vocal about wanting to see a Superman multiverse film happen, as he mentioned on Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum in 2021, where he stated that “you could have five different guys playing Superman in the same movie.” That alone is already showcasing what a massive potential Warner Bros. could have if they went down that route, especially with someone as big as Superman.
If several Superman actors are up for it, it would also be incredible to see what multiple versions of Lois Lane meeting each other would look like, especially with the idea of a group of Lois Lanes having been recently explored in My Adventures with Superman and found promising. The longer Warner Bros.
