Police said the victim was conned into selling products online, but did not receive the promised returns.
Sarawak police commissioner Azman Ahmad Sapri said the victim, a man in his 30s, lodged a report claiming to have been offered a part-time job on Tinder by a woman called “Emma” on May 14, the Borneo Post reported.
