Sometimes, however, the cause of a breach doesn't have anything to do with computers, software, or any other kind of technology. Even natural forces can be responsible for leaks of sensitive personal information.A breach that exposed patient data was recently reported in New Zealand.
Only 40 pages were lost, but the documents contained names and health numbers of 300 individuals. They also contained detailed clinical notes on another 15 people. At the time Stuff published its report only 6 pages had been recovered. The rest are still"in the wind." A Health Board spokesperson said"a
