The roads are backed up...and thousands of Florida gas stations are out of gas as people evacuate ahead of the storm.“We ended up leaving Sunday night around 9:30 and we did not find anything for hotels or motels all the way up here,” one Florida couple noted. The couple experienced Hurricane Ian a few years ago, and that was a major factor in deciding to leave.
Yvonne Lopera is from Orlando and stopped in Dothan at the welcome center on the way to other evacuation spots.
