Veteran journalist and broadcaster Redi Tlhabi described well-known broadcaster, author and analyst Eusebius McKaiser's role in journalism as speaking for the underdogs and amplifying his voice against bigotry.

Meanwhile, established author and McKaiser's friend Joanne Joseph said his social media posts and podcasts were a call for his followers to be deliberate about reading.
