Broadcast live on BBC One from Turin's Pala Olimpico Arena, the spectacular event was hosted by Mika , Laura Pausini and Alessandro Cattelan . Following the likes of Norway's Subwoolfer and Finnish rockers The Rasmus, it was Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra who received most of the love on social media, performing their track 'Stefania' through a mesmerising blend of hip-hop and folk.
"I ask all of you, please help Ukraine Mariupol, help us all stand right now!" shouted rapper Oleh Psiuk from the stage.
