"Eternity," starring Miles Teller , Callum Turner , and Elizabeth Olsen , is a rom com with a twist, featuring a love triangle that plays out in the most unexpected place. The romantic comedy film hits theaters on November 26, and tells the story of Joan , a woman faced with a choice to spend eternity with either the man she spent her life with, or the one who had her heart first.
"It's really about living out this kind of fantasy that you actually can get to an age where you have that shared history with people you love and you- behind you, you've built a family of multiple generations that you got to see grow up," Olsen said. "To me, it seems very rare because of the upbringing I had, but ... it would be such an amazing privilege to get to experience that." Teller found himself thinking about his grandparents in connection to this movie, having been with them right before filming, and having had his grandfather pass away soon after. "I've been incredibly close to my grandparents," Teller said. "I've learned so much about what it means to be a good husband - good man - from my grandfather and how he always protected and treated my grandmother with such kindness and patience and chivalry." As for Turner, he finds himself drawn to the movie's focus on the importance of people and connections. "Miles said it earlier, 'It's not what you do, it's who you do it with,'" Turner said.
