Virginia McCullough is charged with the murder of her parents, John and Lois, found dead at home.
A woman who was allegedly killed by her daughter died of a stab wound to the chest, an inquest heard.
Virginia McCullough, 35, has been charged with the murders of her parents John and Lois McCullough in Chelmsford, Essex, and is expected to go on trial next year. Police arrived at the couple's home in Great Baddow on 15 September after welfare concerns were raised.Essex area coroner Michelle Brown told the inquest in Chelmsford that Mrs McCullough, 75, died on September 15 and her provisional cause of death was "stab wounds to the chest."
She said human remains believed to be those of Mr McCullough, 74, were found at the same location on 16 September.His provisional cause of death was given as "pending further investigation", Ms Brown said.Ms McCullough appeared before Basildon Crown Court in September and was remanded in custody until a plea hearing set for 1 December at Chelmsford Crown Court.
