A former Pro Bowl wide receiver is set to join the ESPN college football booth as an analyst. Will he continue his playing career?
A former Green Bay Packers legend and Pro Bowl receiver is officially joining the broadcast booth for the SEC Network.More news: Pro Bowl NFL Receiver 'Lucky to Be Alive' Following House FireLongtime Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb will officially be added to the SEC Network talent lineup by ESPN.Cobb was initially drafted by the Packers No. 64 overall in the 2011 NFL Draft out of Kentucky. Cobb's rookie year resulted in 375 yards and one touchdown.
In 2023, Cobb was also signed by the Jets, reuniting him with Rodgers. Unfortunately, Rodgers was hurt in the first series of the 2023 season. An Achilles tear would keep him out the whole year.Cobb only appeared in 11 games in 2023, bringing in 39 yards and one touchdown grab.After 13 seasons in the NFL, the longtime receiver is set to try his hand in the analyst space by joining the SEC ESPN team.
