A media rights deal between Peyton Manning's Omaha Productions and ESPN has been stretched to 2034, the network announced Wednesday.

The University of Tennessee announced Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, …, as well as “Peyton’s Places,” a documentary series on NFL history, and “Eli’s Places,” which focuses on college football.

For the network’s basketball games, Omaha Productions produces an alternate broadcast featuring comedian Kevin Hart called “NBA Unplugged.” Omaha Productions also produces other “Places” editions, headlined by former MMA fighter Ronda Rousey, tennis legend John McEnroe, ex-hockey player P.K. Subban, former WNBAer Sue Bird, and onetime NBA highflier Vince Carter.

The contract extension follows a previous update in 2022. Omaha Productions and ESPN originally inked a three-year deal in 2021.With Peyton & Eli,” colloquially known as the “ManningCast,” won the Sports Emmy for Outstanding Live Series in 2022. The elder Manning won the Sports Emmy for Outstanding Personality/Sports Event Analyst in 2023 for his work on the broadcast.
