Dick and Angel Strawbridge spoke to the ECHO in an exclusive interview
Dick Strawbridge was flooded with support after a special personal update. The retired army officer is renowned for his role on the hit Channel 4 programme, Escape to the Chateau. Dick and his wife, Angel Strawbridge, captured the hearts of fans of the Channel 4 show with their efforts to restore a derelict 19th century chateau in France. The happy couple are the proud parents of Arthur and Dorothy and regularly share updates from their happy family life on Instagram.
The couple spoke to the ECHO in an exclusive interview ahead of their return to the city as they explained how they were concerned Arthur wouldn't be able to join them on the tour. However, the parents were delighted to find out the headmaster of Arthur's new school gave the go ahead for Arthur to join them on tour.
