MANILA, Philippines — Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Tuesday belied the rumor that he has resigned from his post.“It is fake news and part of black propaganda,” Bersamin replied after being asked for a statement on his supposed resignation. The Presidential Communications Office have already denied the rumor that Bersamin has quit his post.
