KUALA LUMPUR: YTL Corporation Bhd’s (YTL Corp) subsidiary, YTL Cement Bhd, has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with 98 Holdings Pte Ltd for the proposed acquisition of shares in NSL Ltd for S$227.61 million (about RM792.32 million) in cash.
KUALA LUMPUR: Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd and AREX Airport Railroad Co. Ltd. have signed a partnership agreement to provide seamless travel for passengers between Kuala Lumpur and Incheon , South Korea .
"This innovative option allows passengers to purchase ERL and AREX train tickets in a single transaction, significantly simplifying airport transfer arrangements for international travellers and enhancing their travel experience,” the statement said. Noormah also expressed gratitude to AREX for their dedication to the partnership and emphasised that it would help ERL penetrate the Korean market and increase awareness of their train services among travellers planning to visit Kuala Lumpur.
