Eric Trump pushed back on New York Attorney General Letitia James on Friday after leaving a New York City courtroom where he had just testified in a civil fraud trial over allegations his father grossly overstated his wealth for years.

Donald Trump's three adult children, Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump, have executive vice president roles at the Trump Organization and were all initially named as defendants in the case. Ivanka Trump successfully had her name dropped from it, however, after arguing relevant statutes of limitation had lapsed.

James alleged last year in a sweeping 233-page complaint that Donald Trump, his children, and other Trump Organization associates participated in a scheme to exaggerate the former president's wealth by billions of dollars over the course of several years, in part to secure more favorable loans.
