But in a later interview on 1130-AM radio, Hovde admitted he lost while still stopping short of conceding.
That's because the original number posted didn't account for people who registered to vote on Election Day, something that happened in both Republican and Democratic parts of the state in the election.The bipartisan Milwaukee Election Commission put out a statement refuting Hovde's 'baseless claims.' The commission said it was 'fully confident that Mr. Hovde's accusations lack any merit.
