EPF to reopen counters nationwide on Monday (June 15)

PETALING JAYA: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will resume counter services at all 68 of its branches nationwide starting next Monday, June 15.

However, members must first book an appointment via the Janji Temu Online facility before going to the branches, said EPF in a statement on Wednesday .

"Member visits can only be made by appointments via the Janji Temu Online facility on the EPF website www.kwsp.gov.my. "All members must go through a temperature screening and check-in via MySejahtera mobile app prior to entering the branch premises.Employers are also not allowed to visit EPF branches as all services can now be conducted by contacting their respective Employer Advisory Services officers, said EPF.

In addition to the resumption of branch services, the EPF Contact Management Centre has also resumed operations starting Wednesday . For more information, members are advised to contact the centre at 03-8922 6000 or refer to EPF website at www.kwsp.gov.my.
