DENVER — Communities across the country have the chance to get a big boost from the federal government as part of ongoing efforts to shift to electric vehicles.

At the moment, Denver Public Schools has just a couple of electric school buses in their fleet of traditional diesel and gasoline buses. "Taking as little away from the environment and giving something back is always important to me," said Samora.
