We already have a crowded field, with nearly 600 employers stepping into the starting gate. That’s nearly twice the record set last year, when 337 companies, school systems and nonprofits entered.

But like Rich Strike, your favorite organization could come from obscurity to high-profile victory in our 14th annual competition that highlights companies that treat employees with respect and reward them with good pay and benefits.And in a job market that has employers pleading for talent, this honor is more important than ever.It’s run entirely by our research partner, Energage of Exton, Pa.

Your company doesn’t have to be based here. Smaller units of big corporations are eligible as long as they have 50 or more workers in North Texas.Companies have to give us email access to every employee or agree to distribute paper surveys with return envelopes. At least 35% of your employees must respond, and you can’t strong-arm them to do so.
