, a new retailer is finally moving in: candy and novelty gift store It'Sugar.

It'Sugar has about 100 locations around the U.S., including one at Fisherman's Wharf and another in Emeryville. The business plans to temporarily lease 20,000 square feet of the 44,000-square-foot space at 2 Stockton St. until the building owners begin construction to add 50,000 square feet of office space to the address .

Until then, It'Sugar will take over two floors of the former Forever 21. A representative of the building's landlord told the SF Business Times that the location will have"interactive and immersive" elements, likening it to a three-story It'Sugar location inwith a jelly bean-covered Statue of Liberty replica and a lollipop garden.
