Benjamin texted both Watt and former Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins as the former Cardinals running back conducted his physical with the Texans before they officially added him to their roster Tuesday after claiming him off waivers.
The Texans wield the NFL’s fifth-lowest cap space , according to Over the Cap, which complicated their ability to acquire players at the league’s Nov. 1 deadline and significantly limits them from adding premier free agents.
