Severe Tropical Storm Hanna (Haikui) is likely to stay far from Philippine landmass, but it is helping to enhance the southwest monsoon
being enhanced by Super Typhoon Goring and Severe Tropical Storm Hanna could bring a “significant amount” of rain in the next three days, the weather bureau warned on Thursday morning, August 31.
