The 15-story and 17-story Element towers were built in the 1980s and have recently been upgraded with improvements to the fitness center, café, and newly renovated lobbies and elevators.“We’re pleased Criado saw the value in the investments we’ve made in Element Towers,” said Stanton Road Capital founder and managing partner Tim Ronan Jr. in a statement. “We feel that it’s one of the premier properties in the area and Criado represents the type of valuable tenants we’re looking to attract.
Criado & Associates clients include the Texas Department of Transportation, DFW International Airport, DART, and Dallas Water Utilities and Public Works.
