ALOR GAJAH: A car driver, who was heading north, allegedly lost control of his vehicle and rammed into a road divider at KM198.6 of the North-South Expressway near Alor Gajah Toll Plaza here.
The force of the collision caused the engine of his vehicle to rip apart and parts of it were flung to the other side of the expressway.
Alor Gajah OCPD Superintendent Arshad Abu said as a result, three people were injured in the 2.15pm accident on Thursday .He said another car and a motorcycle hit the engine parts that had landed in their path.The 44-year-old motorcyclist, fractured his left hand and had injuries to both his legs. Supt Arshad added that his officer had yet to obtain details of the injured victims as they were rushed to the hospital.
