The song “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” earned the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100, which tracks the success of songs, for five weeks, though it dropped from No. 1 two weeks ago.
“Bruno” was only the second song from a Disney animated movie in history to hit No. 1. During the height of’s Billboard chart success, many of the other songs from the soundtrack ranked high on the Hot 100, including “Surface Pressure.” The success of the album, many of the songs on which were written bycreator Lin Manuel Miranda, was fueled by TikTok, where many of the songs went viral through January.
