An employee at a Glendale business shot and killed their coworker Friday afternoon, police said.

at around 11 a.m. The suspect had reportedly locked themselves in a bathroom before being taken into custody."We are extremely early on, in this investigation and witnesses are currently being interviewed and initial information we have is likely to change," said Justin Ramsay with Glendale Police.

There are no major roadway restrictions in the area, and police say they are not looking for any other suspects.
