"Just with the theft, we’ve been broken into, cars vandalized, the graffiti is obnoxious—you name it. I mean, just the blight that’s on this neighborhood—you can’t run a business that way," he said.The area is believed to be plagued by gang activity, sex trafficking, and turf wars between pimps, and Ferrie noted that the situation has only worsened.
