“Air mula naik di taman perumahan ini kira-kira pukul 10 pagi tadi dan saya tidak dapat menyelamatkan barang-barang di dalam rumah...hanya sempat selamatkan dokumen penting sahaja. Katanya selain Taman Bandar Baharu Masjid Tanah, beberapa kawasan berdekatan seperti Lubok China, Paya Lebar dan Sungai Siput turut dinaiki air.
