Emmerdale is set to air a dramatic scene next week that could hint at the downfall of villainous Tom King.
Fearing that Tom would force her to have the baby, she secretly had an abortion. In a new teaser clip for next week, we see the moment Belle confesses the truth to someone. Before this, a scene shows Belle avoiding Rachel after her unexpected visit. Despite initially trying to change the subject, she eventually admits to Rachel that she had an abortion, not a miscarriage.
