Emmerdale's Moira Dingle, played by Natalie J. Robb, is set to find solace in an unexpected villager next week. Moira has had a turbulent few months following the incident involving her son Matty Barton . Fans will remember that Matty was imprisoned after Samson Dingle falsely told the police he had been stabbed.
She also had a heated argument with her husband Cain , before starting to sleep during the day and drink alcohol alone - a shock for fans as Moira battled substance abuse three years ago, reports the Express. Emmerdale spoilers indicate that Cain is impressed when he sees newcomer John Sugden handling a major client of the farm. However, tension arises when Cain confronts Moira about the whisky he found in her bag, and he's not pleased to see Moira taking painkillers.
