Minute-long video announced that Eminem will drop 'The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace)' on July 12.
The video opens with a woman giving birth to a baby. “When I count to three, I need you to push as hard as you can,” asks the doctor. After the baby is delivered, the woman holds the child in her arms, saying, “You’re the little bugger that kept kicking me.”
The baby then opens its pitch-black eyes before it grows devil horns and pointy, demon-like teeth. “Holy shit!” the doctor and nurses declare altogether. The trailer then cuts to display the name and release date ofThe visual appears to depict the “little baby devil with the forked tongue and it’s stickin’ out” lyric from the LP’s single, “trailer about his alter ego’s death.
