Stevie was born in 2002 to Kim and her then-boyfriend Eric Hartter, whom she dated between her two marriages with Eminem. Hartter died in 2020 from an overdose. When the on-again, off-again couple said “I do” for the second time 2005, the Grammy winner legally adopted Stevie, who came out as non-binary in August 2021.In a video posted to TikTok, Stevie showed their journey to become “more comfortable” with their body as their appearance changed over the years.
