Citing financial troubles, a nursing home in Princeton gave 70 residents and their families mere hours’ notice before shutting down Friday, setting off a chaotic scene that scattered distraught senior citizens to 16 facilities across the state, according to the New Jersey Long-Term Care Ombudsman.
