Homeowners in a neighborhood off Texas State Highway 211 , on the Bexar, Medina County line expressed safety concerns because often when they make emergency calls, they do not know what agencies will respond.
The woman says in her time there when she’s had to make 911 calls, it’s never been the same law enforcement agency responding. “I called 911 and San Antonio or Bexar County answered, and transferred me over to Medina County. All of that and he’s trying to get in my house,” said Garcia.
