PEOPLE exclusively announces the launch of Elton John's 'Speak Up Sing Out' campaign in support of the LGBTQ+ community for Pride month on May 29.

"Through The Rocket Fund, we've driven important policy changes around the world to uplift the LGBTQ+ community, because everyone deserves to be met with accessible, LGBTQ+ friendly HIV care and services,” John tells PEOPLE of the campaign.
“ ‘Speak Up Sing Out’ aims to shine a spotlight on the unsung heroes who inspire us to embrace our true selves,” Furnish, 61, said.
