The billionaire Trump surrogate has made no secret about his worries over population collapse. A new report suggests how far he is going to address the problem.
About two years ago, Elon Musk made an offer to Nicole Shanahan, the Silicon Valley attorney who would go on to join Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s independent presidential campaign as his running mate, according to a report in The New York Times published on Tuesday.Musk suggested to Shanahan that he could offer his sperm, via in vitro fertilization, should she want to expand her family, the Times reported, citing two people familiar with the conversation.
Shanahan, who has a child with her former husband, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, is said to have declined the overture.Shanahan was one of several people in his orbit whom Musk has offered to personally assist with conception, according to the report.The Tesla CEO and world's richest man often speaks in public about his concerns over declining birth rates in developing countries.
