Given that, and given Musk is giving off the vibe of being up for an online fight by taking on Keir Starmer , ignoring Musk in the short-term is probably wise. In terms of Musk’s own online conduct, he is probably in the territory where most other social media networks would ban or suspend him, but only just.
the latter of which would be criminal conduct in most US states, because it is not covered by the First Amendment.The complication is that Musk is not just a very rich man, he is an exceptionally powerful man too. As owner of X, Musk has legal responsibilities in the UK and across the world to make sure his network does not host or boost illegal content.His reach extends further – in some ways, Musk’s ownership of X is one of his least important companies.
