Tech billionaire Elon Musk and conservative activist Vivek Ramaswamy began in-person discussions with congressional Republicans on ways to cut federal spending and regulations. This comes after President-elect Donald Trump established a new department aimed at improving government efficiency . Musk and Ramaswamy traveled to Capitol Hill for meetings with House and Senate members, in their first such trip since joining Trump's advisory team.
