And when it comes to getting in exercise, instead of hitting the gym, she prefers to get in an outdoor sweat sesh. She recently toldthat she’s"very active" even though she doesn't do traditional workouts."I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active," she said.
Elizabeth also stays fit by avoiding processed foods."I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told."When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables." And she prefers to hit the farmer's market for the freshest finds."I buy everything else from a local farmer's market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food," she told
