The Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin is selling alebrijes T-shirts online as part of its exhibit featuring giant artist-made sculpture of mythical beasts. The online form is available at gailborden.info/foundation/about/34. They are only available in adult sizes — small through 4X. The cost is $15. Purchasers must provide their name and email address and complete the Paypal form for payment, a news release said. Ordering deadline is 5 p.m. Oct. 26.

The breakfast, scheduled for 9 to 10:30 a.m., costs $13 for South Elgin residents and $18 for nonresidents. Lunch will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and costs $15 for resident children and $20 for resident adults and $20 for children and $27 adults who are nonresidents. Both events will include crafts, coloring and visits with Santa. Attendees can take their own photos. To register, go to www.southelgin.com/registration.
