An electronics maker has deepened its Bay Area ties with the purchase of its Fremont headquarters.
FREMONT — Wislab EMS has deepened its Bay Area roots with a deal to buy its headquarters and production center in Fremont, according to documents filed on May 5 with the Alameda County Recorder’s Office.
South Bay office building is bought in deal that points to weak valuesWislab EMS employs at least 125 people at its Fremont site, according to a company post.
“We specialize in products supporting mission critical computing and communications,” Wislab EMS states on its website. “These products run the spectrum from data security encryption, storage, computational acceleration, to high performance network and wireless broadband solutions.
