Authorities temporarily closed the affected area to motorists as workers try to clear the road.The Manila Police District proceeded to the site to provide assistance.Telecommunications companies, meanwhile, said they will help to ensure operations will be back to normal soon in the area, according to a report by Carlo Mateo on Super Radyo dzBB.
