Elections 2024: Youth on top in ANC candidate list as state capturers also make the cut

The ANC's list of potential members of Parliament will see at least 17 people under the age of 35 secure seats in the National Assembly after they made the top 120 of the party's list of candidates. Some young people who will make their debut in Parliament after the 29 May election include Zuko Godlimpi, Nonceba Mhlauli, Fasiha Hassan, Lufefe Mkutu, Phumzile Mgcina, and Palomina Jama who is possibly the youngest on the list at 28 years old.
