It wasn't difficult for the us to confirm a few of those names. Two people were registered to vote at a shelter we visited which is now closed. “People die every day, people move every day, so you're never going to have 100 percent perfect. But to have 54 thousand in Bexar County I think is excessive," said election integrity activist Jeff Clay.
We took Clay's concerns to Jacque Callanen, who has supervised the county's elections for 19 years, and will be leaving her position after November’s election.
