If you've been playing as Revenant in Elden Ring Nightreign and are totally lost as to what weapons you should be looking for, you're not alone. Revenant is a Necromancer and/or Summoner class in Nightreign, and her starting weapons imply that Claws and Sacred Seals are a good fit.
This is partially true, as Revenant's Faith attribute is the highest of all the Nightfarers, making Incantations cast via Sacred Seals incredibly effective. However, while Revenant's starting Claws are great for her, it's primarily because they scale with Faith, not because they are Claws. It's a good idea to know which weapons you come across scale with Faith, as they'll be some of the best Nightreign weapons for Revenant. Whether a weapon is not an S-tier Faith item or not, it can be extremely powerful when wielded by Revenant, even with partial Faith scaling. Faith is not her only strong attribute either, and because of decent Arcane scaling, Revenant is also great for inflicting status effects like Poison or Bleed from weapons, Incants, and Sorceries. Further, you'll want to look for weapons with useful passive buffs that will enhance Revenant's Incantation-casting efficacy and/or FP usage. Quick Links Best Weapons For Revenant In Nightreign Faith-Scaling Weapons Are Ideal, While Any Sacred Seal Can Be Effective Revenant has the highest Faith attribute of all the Nightfarers, making Faith-scaling weapons extremely powerful in her hands. You can look at all weapons and their specific scaling in the menu at the Training Grounds, where you can also test out various weapon skills, spells, incantations, your Ult Art and Character Skills, etc. For Revenant, the best Faith-scaling weapons include her starting claws, which can be further enhanced with Ritual Rite buffs, along with the Coded Sword and the Cipher Pata, both of which are S-tier Faith weapons. However, as those two weapons are relatively hard to come by, you're better off keeping an eye out for the many C- and D-tier Faith weapons , and ideally those that deal Holy damage or can inflict status buildup on enemies. These include weapons such as the Halo Scythe, which inflicts Bleed buildup/damage and has the Miquella's Ring of Light skill, which deals incredible Holy damage when wielded by Revenant. Other great options include Vyke's War Spear, which deals Madness buildup, as well as the Inquisitor's Girandole. Best Weapon Passives For Revenant Increase FP With Each Hit, Or Improved Charged Incantations Close It's also important to keep an eye out for passive weapon effects in Elden Ring Nightreign in order to take advantage of their buffs, which are typically active whether you have the weapon equipped or not. The best passive effects for Revenant include anything that increases FP upon hits, improves holy damage or charged incantations, or anything that improves casting speed for spells and/or incantations. Further, anything that reduces incantation or spell FP cost will also be useful. However, weapons that scale primarily with Faith, such as the Halo Scythe, Cipher Pata, or other Holy-damage dealing weapons, are going to be your best bet.
