Ekos outstretched in comic cover art for Ekos vol. 1 from Joe Quesada
The creator of Marvel Studios has partnered with experienced comic creators to produce Ekos, revisiting a hero introduced twenty years ago. A new world is about to have its start, and could be one of the most anticipated comic projects of the year given its possible impact. Ekos is set to become a cinematic universe in its own right, but Screen Rant is excited to present an exclusive look at the cover art for the upcoming graphic novel's independent issues.
A glimpse of Ekos was revealed at San Diego Comic Con 2024, which will kick off with Ekos Vol. 1, a graphic novel. This will precede what is intended to be a multimedia project and a new cinematic universe. Ekos introduces a new superstar in Grell, who embarks on a journey to discover the world of Ekos. On his journey, Grell encounters many of the beloved characters from Michael Turner's legacy, including superstars Aspen and Grace , as they join forces with Grell on a shared mission. This marks the first time these characters have all come together in the same universe.
